Gifts: If you would like to book a treatment as a surprise Christmas gift, please: * book the treatment under the recipients name * book using your email * include the recipients email in “notes” or email me directly with their email (bara.acupuncture@gmail.com) * I will then update the recipients correct email on DEC 25th and email them the booking confirmation * recipients will have 24 hours to change or cancel their appointment

Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged a cancelation fee of $75. Cancellations due to illness or emergencies are exempt from the cancellation fee.

Bara Hladik
(She/Her/Hers)

Bara Hladik completed her Diploma of Acupuncture at Royal Pacific Institute, studying closely with Dr. Ganglin Yin. She is one of few Acupuncturists in North America certified by the International Sujok Association in Sujok Acupuncture. She has also completed advanced studies in Balance Acupuncture, Advanced Facial Acupuncture, and Advanced Scalp Acupuncture as well as a Certificate in Microneedling at the BC Academy of Medical Aesthetics and Skin Care. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia and has a background in Women’s health and disability research.

Bara’s practice strives to support your personal health journey on your terms. She brings a holistic, evidence-based, and trauma-informed approach to her practice, meeting you where you are at to support you to reach your health goals.
